I will be participating in the 2011 Southern Kentucky Book Fest. The Director, Tracy Harkins has invited me to do a panel discussion. I am so honored and humbled by this invitation. My table number at the Book Fest is 44 and the presentation time is 12:00.

Be sure to stop by to check out my recently released new cookbook “Country Goodness Recipes of Tennessee Celebrities.” Mother’s Day is near and if you have a Mom, who is an ELVIS FAN or a Country Music Fan, this would be the perfect gift. Of course the Kentucky cookbook “Favorite Recipes of Kentucky Celebrities” will also be available. The Kentucky cookbook has a recipe for Robert Penn Warren. STOP BY FOR A FREE RECIPE!

PAMELA WHINNERY
Favorite Recipes of Kentucky Celebrities
Book Description:
What do Hannah Montana, Fess Parker, Bill Monroe, and Robert Penn Warren have in common? They all contributed recipes to “Favorite Recipes of Kentucky Celebrities”
In the spirit of Kentucky neighborliness, you are invited to take a lighthearted peek into the personal recipe files of celebrities from all across the state of Kentucky as well as those who have strong ties to the Bluegrass State.
The cookbook has over 300 recipes from local and national personalities, highly visible Kentucky businesses, artist, writers, athletes, sportsmen, actors, musicians, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, notable events and places. In addition, there are brief notes with each recipe on the contributor.
Author Biography:
Kentucky native Pamela Whinnery, who put the cookbook together, said she did not think of herself as an author. She felt the real authors were all of the wonderful individuals who took time from their busy schedules to graciously share their favorite recipes. She believes they were willing to do this as they knew the cookbook & each recipe is to be a gift to be shared as a fundraiser for Non-Profit Organizations all across Kentucky. She is presently working on 2 other cookbooks: a second Kentucky cookbook and one with Tennessee celebrity recipes.
