RELAY FOR LIFE
May and June are traditionally the months when the American Cancer Society conducts Relay For Life Events across Kentucky.
This year we have had an opportunity to be a small part of this program. This is special to me as my father Wilson Allcock had cancer and passed away in 2001. I think he knows that I am helping with this and is pleased!
Several teams are using the cookbook as a fundraiser. If you want copies of “Favorite Recipes of Kentucky Celebrities” and want to help the American Cancer Society, PLEASE contact one of these teams.

Special Note: We did a Mother’s Day Book Signing last Wednesday and Thursday at Lourdes Hospital here in Paducah as a fundraiser for their Auxiliary. Nina Woods the Director for the Auxiliary has invited me to come back to do another book signing June 8. I guess that is for Father’s Day Dad’s that like to cook!
